Washington City Transit’s “shopper hopper” bus route has added a stop at the Northgate Plaza shopping center near Route 19 in South Strabane Township.

Both the new stop and return of service to East Wheeling Street both occurred Sept. 15, the transit agency announced.

The agency also plans to modify its “mall hopper” route with an additional stop from the Century Plaza apartments on some trips to Washington Crown Center Mall in North Franklin Township.
