1 min read

PITTSBURGH (AP) – Pittsburgh police have identified a man fatally shot at a bar, but aren’t saying whether a man in custody will be charged in the shooting.

Pittsburgh public safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler said the shooting happened shortly before 10:20 p.m. Sunday at Cliff’s Bar and Grill in the Homewood section of the city.

The dead man has been identified as 23-year-old Corey Clark, of Penn Hills.

Investigators say Clark used to live in the crime-ridden Homewood neighborhood before moving to the suburb just east of the city.

Police haven’t said what prompted the shooting, nor have they released the name of a man taken into custody. He was being described only as a person of interest.

Police have also towed a vehicle from the scene.
