Gage A. McCartney, 21, Mather; theft by unlawful taking, criminal attempt and conspiracy; charged Sept. 8; sentence – 12 months in the ARD program.

Thomas W. Tedrow, 54, 451 Fourth St., Waynesburg; charged Aug. 10, 2013; two counts of theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy; sentence – 12 months in the ARD program.

Becky McGill, 43, 459 Addison St., Washington; receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Zachary M. Yocolano, 24, 108 Maple Ave., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 11; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher Richardson, 36, 420 Highland Ave., North Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Brian M. Bookshar, 35, 245 Haddenville Road, Uniontown; theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Kaylee M. Thorpe, 22, 3337 Shadyway Drive, Pittsburgh; second offense of driving under the influence; charged Dec. 10; sentence – 6 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Jacob Kronemer, 41, 606 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Michelle M. Buell, 39, 154 Ford St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 19, 2013; sentence – $300 fine.
Rebecca E. Plaisted, 45, 502 Elder St., Bulger; promoting prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property; charged May 29, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation, Narcotic Anonymous meetings, theft classes and banned from Rite Aid and Walgreens.
Danielle Fodse, 40, 313 Coal St., McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher Nestor, 41, 240 Hart Ave., Washington; access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.
Tony L. Helmick, 23, 3136 W. Chestnut St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 26; sentence – 12 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Dandrae B. Matthews, 20, 1253 Meadowbrook Drive, Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 29, 2013; sentence – $300 fine.
Michael J. McWreath, 31, Meadow Lands; simple assault; charged Jan. 4; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution, mental health evaluation, anger-management classes, domestic violence counseling and 75 hours of community service.
James J. Fall Jr., 54, 208 Locust St., Muse; unsworn falsification; charged Sept. 24, 2012; sentence – 12 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days of electronic home monitoring.
Nikki L. Clark, 22, 113 Liberty Ave., Belle Vernon; furnishing drug-free urine; charged June 17; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail.

Sarah N. Nelson, 42, 155 Cumberland Village, Carmichaels; driving with a suspended license and second offense of driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 18 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months of electronic home monitoring, $1,700 fine, 18-month license suspension and 1-year Interlock ignition device.
