Harassment charge: Kevin W. Reeves, 59, of California, was charged Thursday by California police with harassment stemming from a physical confrontation with another person at the Riverview Apartments, 399 First St. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Doctor threatened: John William Gibbs, 54, of Fairchance, was arrested Friday by Carroll police on a charge of terroristic threats for allegedly leaving a threatening telephone message for a pain management physican at Spartan Health Center, Stoops Drive. Gibbs reportedly left a message Sept. 18 telling the doctor he “better watch out” and he was placed on the black list. Gibbs was arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Drug arrest: Howard Wingrove, 30, of 123 Luella Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Friday on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin and marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Charleroi Regional police said they filed the charges after finding the suspected drugs in his bedroom Sept. 10. Wingrove was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $15,000 bond.

False information charge: Andrew M. Williams, 39, of 102 Boyle Ave., Canonsburg, was charged Friday by North Franklin police with providing false information and unsworn falsification after he allegedly listed false information on an application to purchase a gun at Gander Mountain, Washington Crown Center, July 9. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

DUI charge: Garrett Whitaker, 18, of Eighty Four, will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from a Sept. 14 crash in front of 1397 Sugar Run Road, Nottingham, state police said Friday. His vehicle rolled over, police said.

Wallet missing: An employee of Mm Mm Pizza, 3637 Washington Road, told township police her wallet was removed from her vehicle while she was working between 4 and 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Missing, in addition to the wallet, were gift cards, identification and $200.

Two injured: Two people were injured in a three-vehicle accident at 1:50 p.m. Thursday on Washington Road at Braun Drive, township police said. A vehicle driven by Jennifer Campbell, 53, of 345 Winner’s Circle, Canonsburg, was heading north in the turn lane on Washington Road when Campbell attempted a left turn from Washington Road onto Braun Drive, police said. Her vehicle collided with a southbound vehicle operated by Elizabeth Lux, 61, of 714 Roselawn Ave., Mt. Lebanon, police said. The force of the impact caused Campbell’s vehicle to collide with another vehicle stopped on Braun Drive. That vehicle was operated by Sean Noone, 30, of 360 Bow St., Stockdale. Campbell was taken to Canonsburg Hospital with a left shoulder injury. A passenger in Lux’s vehicle, Anthony Rago, 94, of 2665 Bingham Drive, Upper St. Clair, complained of chest pain and was taken to St. Clair Hospital.

Jewelry missing: A resident of the 100 block of Pleasantview Drive reported at 12:09 p.m. Thursday that jewelry was missing from an upstairs bedroom, township police said. There were no signs of forced entry. The jewelry was last seen Aug. 30.

Bicycles taken: Two bicycles were stolen from a porch in the 600 block of Millers Run Road before 5:50 p.m. Thursday, township police said. Total value of the bikes is $200.

Man jailed: Scott Jordan, 30, of 752 Duncan Ave., Washington, was arrested Thursday by South Strabane police after he allegedly stole five items from Wal-Mart, Trinity Point. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on a charge of retail theft and placed in Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.

Theft charge: Melissa Eakin, 42, of 20 Broad St., Marianna, was charged Friday by South Strabane police with felony retail theft for allegedly stealing items valued at $135 from Target, Strabane Square, Sept. 7. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Driver injured: Justin D. Freund, 28, of Clairton, was injured in a one-vehicle crash Sunday night on Route 88 at Airport Road, Union. Southwest Regional police said Freund was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment. Finleyville firefighters assisted at the scene.
