Mischief, disorderly charges: Derrick Mark Fiore, 23, of Monongahela, was charged by California police with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he allegedly punched an automated teller machine at Pittsburgh Sports Bar, 153 Union St., when he was asked to leave April 16. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Disorderly, drunkenness charges: Rachel Lynn Byers, 21, of Claysville, was charged by California police with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct stemming from an April 16 incident at Wood Street Grill, 153 Wood St. She was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment because police said she was intoxicated to the level that she was a danger to herself. Police said she was abusive to officers, ambulance personnel and hospital staff. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Alcohol possession charge: Ian Lamar O’Brien, 18, of Venetia, will be charged by state police with possession of alcohol by a minor after police say he was found with a bottle of vodka in the back seat of his vehicle during a traffic stop Tuesday night on Interstate 70 eastbound at the Jessop Place ramp in Canton. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Disorderly charge: Peggy Patche-Vind, 50, of Catawba, Ohio, will be charged by state police with disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Tuesday at the Claysville Rest Area on Interstate 70 eastbound, Donegal. State police said she was pulling into the truck portion of the rest area and failed to obey orders by troopers as to where she could park. Police said she also argued with troopers and yelled at them. When she drove away, she allegedly swerved her vehicle at one of the troopers. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Ethan Ward.

Copper wiring and piping taken: Police are investigating the theft of copper wiring and piping taken from a vacant house at 380 Turkeyfoot Road the Wednesday morning. The house was a site of a fire January 23 that damaged the front of the dwelling. The incident remains under investigation.

DUI: Christopher Milchovich, 35, of Fallowfield Avenue, Charleroi, was charged with driving under the influence Tuesday. According to reports, Milchovich was southbound on Washington Road in McMurray and was weaving and traveling at varying speeds before being stopped at Washington Road and Crosswinds Drive. Police said a strong odor of alcohol was detected. Milchovich failed a field sobriety test and was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for a blood test.

Bar cited: The operator of Richey’s Bar and Restaurant, 1930 Smith Township State Road (Route 18), Smith, was cited Friday by the state polie Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly allowing gambling devices or paraphernalia or allowing gambling March 18.

Three charged: Michael Smith, 29, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, and Clinton Linder, 32, of 318 School Place, Finleyville, are charged with possession of paraphernalia, and Marcy Conklin, 38, of 197 Bench Ave., Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia after they allegedly were found Thursday with the items in a stairwell at the city parking garage, 95 W. Beau St. Police said Smith had a syringe, Linder had empty stamp bags and Conklin had heroin and syringes. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
