Hit-and-run crash: State police are investigating a hit-and-run crash along Route 21 in Franklin Township shortly after 8 a.m. Monday. Police said Amanda Baxendell, 40, of Waynesburg, was crossing Route 21 when another vehicle’s trailer sideswiped her car near Elm Road, police said. The driver of the other vehicle did not stop, police said. Baxendell was not injured.

Fence vandalized: State police said a fence was damaged outside Robena Mine along Alicia Road in Monongahela Township April 15.

Harassment: Joseph K. Gantle Jr., 48, of Clarksville, was cited for harassment after state police said he punched another man in the head in Morgan Township April 16.

Cellphone stolen: A cellular telephone was stolen from inside a vehicle parked at the Mt. Morris truck stop in Perry Township early Saturday morning, state police said.

Truck crash: Daniel I. Rugg, 58, of Mill Run, was uninjured when the tractor-trailer he was driving on Route 18 in Washington Township left the roadway and rolled over near WW Railroad Road about 2 a.m. Tuesday, state police said. Rugg was cited for leaving the roadway.
