Late-night disturbance: Kala Riggleman, 25, of 215 Parkview Knoll, Carmichaels, was cited for disorderly conduct after Cumberland Township police said she was heard shouting inside her apartment early Saturday and refused to stop when officers arrived.

Crash leads to DUI charge: State police said they charged Amanda M. Caldwell, 24, of 155 Washington St., Jefferson, with driving under the influence and other offenses after a vehicle crash at River Road and Main Street in Rices Landing April 15. Charges were filed Wednesday through District Judge Lee Watson’s office.
