Harassment charges: Lisa Marie Ritscher, 50, and Kimberly Ann Sachek, 43, both of California, will be charged by California police with harassment after the two reportedly got into a physical altercation April 17 at California Manor, 243 Second St. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Student to be charged: A 13-year-old Cecil Township boy will be charged by Canonsburg police with criminal mischief after he allegedly twice scratched a name in a desk in the in-school suspension room at Canonsburg Middle School. The damage was reported Monday.

Windshield damaged: Veronica Sorice of West Pike Street told Canonsburg police Monday the windshield of her vehicle was damaged.

Drug charges: Ryan M. Santek, 23, of 86 Hawkins St., Canton, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge David Mark on two drug cases filed against him by state police. Police charged him with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after they were called to his home Jan. 23 for an apparent overdose. Police said they found marijuana and empty heroin stamp bags. On Sunday, police say he was found with paraphernalia while a passenger in a vehicle stopped at Jessop Place, Canton. Santek, who was placed in Washington County jail Sunday on a bench warrant, had bond on the new charges set at $20,000.

Winning ticket stolen: Jeff Patterson of 452 ½ N. Main St. told Chartiers police Friday that a winning lottery ticket valued at $1,000 was stolen from his home.

Tools stolen: Kathleen Turner of 1 Oak Circle, Ellsworth, reported to state police April 20 tools were stolen from her home. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-223-5200.

Truck stolen: A white 1994 Chevrolet C3500 pickup truck owned by Panthera Painting Co. was stolen Sunday from a construction site at Brush Run and Poplar roads, Independence, state police said. The license on the truck, which has dual rear wheels and painting equipment on it, is YPR-6741.

Vehicles damaged: Chad Underkoffler and Janice Miller told South Strabane police Monday that windows on their vehicles were broken while the vehicles were parked at 800 E. Beau St. A mirror also was broken on Underkoffler’s vehicle, police said.

Theft, trespass charges: Brittany Bujanowski, 27, of 240 Sullivan St., Monongahela, will be charged by South Strabane police with retail theft and criminal trespass after she allegedly stole a Shark vacuum cleaner, Kitchen Aid mixer and Keurig coffeemaker from Walmart, Trinity Point, Monday. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Mower stolen: A charge of receiving stolen property is pending against a Washington man accused of selling a lawn mower stolen from Thomas Wormsley of 656 Fayette St. to one of Wormsley’s neighbors for $20. Wormsley spotted the mower in the neighbor’s garage Monday.

Purse stolen: Janna Ewing of 600 Beech St. told Washington police Monday her purse was stolen Friday. The purse contained a debit card and identification.

Money stolen: A former employee of MmMm Pizza, 394 W. Chestnut St., is accused of leaving work without returning $337.66 in cash and $97.25 in credit card receipts. The theft was reported Monday. Charges are pending.

Game player stolen: Charles Risnek of 175 Jollick Manor told Washington police Monday his Sony Playstation 4 and controller were stolen from his home.
