Greene County Bar Association will hold its annual Law Day events today beginning at 10 a.m. in Courtroom No. 1 at the Greene County Courthouse. The discussion will include former President Judge William Nalitz as keynote speaker, and this year’s discussion topic will be “Magna Carta: Symbol of Freedom Under Law.” The morning’s events will be followed by a luncheon.
Lunch and a rummage sale will be held Wednesday and Thursday at Washington Street United Methodist Church in Waynesburg. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The rummage sale will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Takeout orders and local deliveries are available by calling 724-627-3240.
