Greene County sheriff’s office releases activity report for month of July
WAYNESBURG – Greene County Sheriff Brian Tennant released the following activity report for July.
• The office processed 49 civil actions and served 29 documents related to civil actions. It processed four real estate sales and served papers related to four real estate sales.
• The office processed three personal property actions and served documents related to four personal property actions.
• The office processed eight protection from abuse actions and served papers related to five protection from abuse actions. Three protection from abuse violations were investigated.
• The office processed 80 licenses to carry concealed weapons.
• Sheriff’s deputies served six arrest warrants.
• Deputies transported three SCI-Greene inmates.
• The office performed seven special details, assisted outside law enforcement agencies six times.
• Deputies performed 13 traffic stops and issued two warnings.
• Mileage traveled by deputies for the month was 3,093.
