Military Order of the Purple Heart, Chapter 34 of Greene County will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in Carmichaels VFW.
The annual reunion of the Frank and Jennie Throckmorton Breese family will be held Aug. 22, at Richhill Township Park, Wind Ridge. The reunion will begin at noon. A covered pavilion has been reserved and a playground is available for children. Those attending are asked to bring food, table service and old photos.
