Vandalism reported: Residents of the Apple Hill plan reported vandalism to Canonsburg police Monday. Mailboxes were damaged and houses were egged, police said. Teenagers reportedly were seen running through the plan.

Harassment charge: Dustin Davis, 19, of Ambridge, was charged by Charleroi Regional police with harassment for allegedly shoving Becky Carroll during a confrontation Sunday at her home at 803 Seventh St., Charleroi.

Saws stolen: Hugh Paxton Jr. of 488 Western Ave. told Chartiers police Monday two chain saws were stolen from his tool shed.

One injured: Robert Lewicki, 62, of 9 Lewis Road, Eighty Four, was injured Monday afternoon when his vehicle crashed into a tree on Christy Road about a half-mile east of Conklin Road, North Strabane police said. Lewicki was going east when his vehicle slid on a sharp curve and went off the road. Police will cite him with failure to drive at a safe speed and having bald tires.
