The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:
Blake S. Kostella, 24, 3805 Baytree St., Pittsburgh; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged April 28, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Clifford A. Moeller II, 29, 1035 Jefferson Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 2; sentence – 12 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Lindsay D. Redlinger, 25, 65 Dewey St., Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 14; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program.
Nikita M. Hoberek, 26, 599 Western Ave., Canonsburg; theft, retail theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and banned from Wendy’s and Walmart.
