PITTSBURGH (AP) – A man suspected in the fatal shooting of an aspiring rapper has been arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and drug and weapon violations.

Allegheny County police took 22-year-old Joshua Strayhorn into custody Thursday night in the Marshall-Shadeland section of Pittsburgh.

Police say they also seized guns and drugs.

Police say a lone gunman drove a Chrysler 200 away after 22-year-old Michael Nolen was gunned down shortly before 3 p.m. Tuesday in McKees Rocks.

Nolen posted YouTube rap videos as “Spike G.” Police say he suffered a head wound in a shooting in Pittsburgh on July 26.

Strayhorn hasn’t been charged in the shooting. Information on his lawyer wasn’t immediately available.

Nolen’s father says his son was leaving his brother’s house when he was killed Tuesday.
