Theft charges: A Holbrook man and a Cameron. W.Va., woman were in Greene County jail Friday on charges related to a July 27 burglary at Rush’s Grocery Store. State police in Waynesburg obtained arrest warrants that day for Curtis M. Van Buskirk and Michelle L. Cain, both 26. Police said after the defendants failed to turn themselves in, troopers located them in the Waynesburg area and arrested them following a traffic stop. Van Buskirk was charged with robbery, terroristic threats and threats; Cain was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit terroristic threats and conspiracy to commit threats. District Justic Glenn Bates set bond at $30,000 straight cash for each defendant, who failed to post bail and were committed to the jail.
