The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Matthew M. Smith, 37, 5 Memorial Drive, Charleroi; simple assault; charged Sept. 4; sentence – 9 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution, domestic violence and anger management counseling, abide by protection-from-abuse order and no contact with victim.
Joseph H. Impiccini Jr., 38, 230 Low Hill Road, Brownsville; forgery and theft by unlawful taking; charged April 25, 2014; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program, restitution and no contact with victim.
Kristin M.L. Mull, 26, 86 S. Wade Ave., Washington; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart.
Michael R. Anderson, 21, 7019 Churchland St., Pittsburgh; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 1; sentence – 30 days of Probation Without Verdict program.
India C. Harper, 19, 240 Singer Ave., McKees Rocks; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 8; sentence – 30 days of Probation Without Verdict program.
Wayne A. Price, 57, 120 Schubert St., Pittsburgh; criminal mischief; charged Dec. 11; sentence – restitution.
Sean P. Yee, 55, 449 Ewing St., Washington; theft by deception; charged June 20, 2014; sentence – 20 days to 12 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.
Justin R. Minor, 23, 789 Banetown Road, Washington; five counts of retail theft; charged April 22; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail followed by 5 months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victims.
Danielle Szedon, 30, 315 Sheppard Ave., North Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 30; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program.
Erik P. Wrice, 19, 3724 Spring Garden St., Philadelphia; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 1; sentence – 30 days of Probation Without Verdict program.
Randall W. Kidwell Jr., 43, 2287 Avella Road, Avella; theft; charged June 5, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Avella Fire Department.
Lemoyne Bush, 27, 112 Jollick Manor, Washington; harassment; charged May 2; sentence – 12 months of probation, mental health assessment and anger management and domestic violence counseling.
