Turnpike reopens after truck crash

1 min read

NEW STANTON, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania Turnpike officials say the highway has reopened after a crash this morning closed the toll road in western Pennsylvania.

Traffic was being detoured off the turnpike for 86 miles between New Stanton and Breezewood in both directions.

Officials say a truck overturned on the eastbound side of the road near mile marker 138 and that both eastbound lanes and one westbound lane are blocked by the wreckage.
