WAYNESBURG – A Morgan Township woman convicted by a Greene County jury of harassment and disorderly conduct was sentenced Wednesday by Greene County President Judge Farley Toothman to a year in the county intermediate punishment program.

Lisa Basinger, 49, of 39 Reesman’s Mobile Home Park, was found guilty by a jury May 20, while also acquitted of burglary and criminal trespassing.

Police said Basinger entered the home of Krista Bedilion of Mather June 12, 2014. She called Bedilion names and threatening to “get her,” police said.

Bedilion told police said she previously told Basinger she was not allowed on her property. She said she grabbed Basinger and threw her out of the house.

As part of the sentence, Basinger was given 15 days in jail but received credit for the 15 days she already served. She was paroled to 45 days of house arrest with GPS monitoring and ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
