Drug charge: John R. Phillips, 19, of 183 Neff Road, was charged by Cumberland Township police with delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after police searched his house July 30 and allegedly found marijuana, liquid THC, scales, smoking devices and $406. Phillips was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and corruption of a minor for two juveniles who were in the home at the time of the search.

Theft: The mailbox and mailbox post at 632 Budapest Road was stolen between midnight and 2:30 p.m. Aug. 11, state police said.
