The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

David Y. Ebron, 33, 702 Fayette St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver and possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Oct. 27; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail, $300 fine and 25 hours of community service.

Gregory L. Ivory, 22, 426 Parkinson St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Chad R. Mitchell, 32, 114 Allen Ave., Belle Vernon; criminal attempt to acquire a controlled substance and forgery; charged Nov. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Robert T. Bell, 20, 506 15th St., Beaver Falls; flight to avoid apprehension; charged Jan. 25; sentence – 6 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Richard A. Cooper, 52, 159 Cooke Road, Avella; endangering the welfare of children; charged Jan. 1, 2010; sentence – 23 months of probation, no contact with victim, parenting classes, comply with all CYS mandates, anger management classes and mental health assessment.

Gloria M. Balach, 44, 42 Hubbard Road, Burgettstown; simple assault and public drunkenness; charged July 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management classes and no contact with victim.

Paul W. Nelson, 29, 809 Young Ave., Monongahela; simple assault; charged Nov. 27; 18 months of probation, anger management and domestic violence counseling, restitution and no contact with victim.

Andrea Bloom, 28, 108 Vine St., Perryopolis; retail theft; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 18 months of probation and retail theft classes.

Rose A. Conklin, 36, 938 Manifold Road, Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged June 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Dustin Mikec, 34, 306 W. Grant St., Houston; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 13, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Andrew J. Rozik, 31, 219 Johnson Ave., Belle Vernon; conspiracy to commit burglary; charged Oct. 21; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and 100 hours of community service.

Mindy L. Wilson, 33, 430 Spring St., New Kensington; attempted retail theft and harassment; charged Nov. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation and $300 fine.

Angela J. Taylor, 37, 1285 Beech St., Washington; theft by deception and fraud; charged Nov. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours community service and electronic home monitoring.

Billi J. Bacco, 35, 145 First Street, Smithton; retail theft; charged Feb. 7; sentence -150 hours of community service and retail theft classes.

Jennifer Anderson, 33, 127 Washington St., Cokeburg; theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 28; sentence – six months of electronic home monitoring and restitution.

Roxanne D. Washington, 40, 149 Jollick Manor, Washington; theft by unlawful taking and fraud; charged July 28, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Diona J. Wright, 24, 420 Green St., Brownsville; harassment and public drunkenness; charged March 7; sentence – $300 fine.

Kristy N. Thompson, 37, 230 McKean Ave., Donora; endangering the welfare of children; charged March 26; sentence – 23 months of probation and parenting classes.

Thomas Teagarden III, 24, 222 S. Wade Ave., Washington; firearm carried without a license; charged March 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Justin M. Miller, 28, 525 Pleasant Valley Road, Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jeffrey A. Crowell, 37, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Washington; theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft; charged June 28, 2014; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution and 90 days of home monitoring.

Joshua J. Rush, 40, 11 Norris Drive, Canonsburg; obstruction of law enforcement and hindering apprehension; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation

Tammy Hepple, 53, 300 Perry Ave., Belle Vernon; retail theft; charged Dec. 23, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart.

Salvatore Conte, 58, 517 Moore Ave., Canonsburg; deceptive business practices and theft by deception; charged July 31, 2014; sentence – six months in jail, two years of probation and restitution.

Alexander M. Martos, 24, 612 Best Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 14; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Michael L. Cole, 24, 1520 Jefferson Ave., Washington; simple assault, terroristic threats and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 30; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring and two years of probation.

Brandon S. Jones, 35, 933 Boyce Road, Bridgeville; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Oct. 11; sentence – three days to six months in jail, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension and electronic monitoring system.

Brandon A. Martin, 30, 140 Thompson Ave., Donora; driving without a license; charged June 26; sentence – $200 fine and electronic monitoring system.

Timothy M. Tortorice, 49, 2614 Old Elizabeth Road, West Mifflin; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 15; sentence – $2500 fine, 24 months in the Intermediate Punishment program, three years of probation, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition system.

Larry K. Robison, 27, 634 Buena Vista St., Washington; disorderly conduct and no rear lights; charged Aug. 21, 2014; sentence – $325 fine and electronic monitoring system.

Alesia Fermon, 50, no address given; false reports; charged July 5; sentence – 1 to 2 months in jail with credit for time served.

Ross D. Myers, 56, 440 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg; simple assault; charged Aug. 26, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Jonathan A. Haines, 31, 487 Craynes Run Road, Waynesburg; false statements; charged March 18, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months in jail and next 3 months on electronic home monitoring, and ineligible to own firearm.

Donald W. Grant, 26, 435 Cross St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft classes and banned from Walmart.

Michael D. Crispin, 52, 55 Cracraft Road, Washington; defiant trespass; charged Jan. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Heather Steele, 21, 332 Hancock St., Washington; simple assault; charged Dec. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, anger management classes and no contact with victim.

Branden L. Carey, 30, 101 Main St., Bentleyville; simple assault and reckless endangerment; charged Sept. 5, 2013; sentence – 7 to 23 months in jail, 2 years of probation, anger management classes, guns and ammunition forfeited, not allowed to possess firearm and no contact with victim.

Kayla Jarvis, 24, 101 Ida Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged May 30; sentence – 12 months of probation and comply with CYS.

William Matsko, 27, 244 Temperance Way, California; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 7; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Roger M. Eddy, 28, 103 Oak Drive, Jefferson; driving with a suspended license, speeding, improper child restraint, disorderly conduct and restless driving; charged Nov. 19; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail and $530 fine.

Michael R. Magiske, 30, 207 Nantucket Drive, Monongahela; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 5; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation and 12-step meetings.

Katie L. Holzworth, 21, 7 Overlook St., Library; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Robert E. McCloskey, 42, 89 Lee Ave., Washington; third offense of driving under the influence and driving with blood alcohol content 0.02 percent or greater while license suspended; charged Dec. 20; sentence – 1 to 5 years in jail, $3,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo was:

Michael J. Oravetz, 39, 1030 Allison Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 28, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

The following people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:

Jeanine N. Allen, 29, 1242 Route 40, Claysville, charged March 30, was admitted for 6 months for theft by failure to make disposition of funds.

Jasmine J.A. White, 27, 2055 Boggs Ave., Pittsburgh, charged May 6, was admitted for 12 months for theft of services.
