Man critically injured in Pittsburgh shooting
PITTSBURGH (AP) – Police say a 49-year-old man was critically injured after he was shot in Pittsburgh’s Knoxville section.
Officers responded to the shooting around 6:30 p.m. Sunday at a home on Bausman Street, where they found the victim.
Police say the man was shot three times, including once in his chest. He was transported to UPMC Mercy Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
Investigators impounded a car from the scene shortly before 8 a.m.
Police say two juveniles were detained Sunday night by homicide detectives for questioning.
