Pump stolen: State police said a 6-inch air-prime pump owned by Alex Paris Contracting was stolen Aug. 25 from a construction site along McQuay Road in Center Township. The pump is blue with a John Deere diesel engine.
Harassment citation: Elizabeth Ann Snyder, 33, of Clarksville, was cited for harassment following an altercation with another woman at Advanced Personal Care Home in Clarksville about 7:30 p.m. Friday, state police said.
Construction items stolen: Three car batteries worth a combined $540 were stolen early Friday morning from a Mansuetto Roofing construction vehicle parked overnight at Jefferson-Morgan High School in Jefferson Township, state police said.
Burglary: The front door of the Family Dollar at 989 N .Eighty Eight Road in Jefferson Township was smashed with a cement block either Aug. 24 or 25 in a burglary, state police said. Police said similar incidents happened at several stores in the county in August.
Disorderly conduct: Samantha N. Syczyrbak of Clarksville will be cited for disorderly conduct after state police said she was found passed out and lying in the middle of the BFS convenience store parking in Jefferson Township shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday. Police said she was under the influence of drugs at the time.
