Outreach visits slated by Rep. Daley’s office
A staff member from the office of state Rep. Peter J. Daley II, D-California, will offer free help with state programs – including property tax/rent rebates – during outreach visits at three locations in December:
• Dec. 7: 9 a.m. to noon, SPHS Charleroi Riverside Place, Charleroi.
• Dec. 14: 9 to 11 a.m., Center on the Hill, 100 Summit Road, Belle Vernon.
• Dec. 15: 10:30 a.m. to noon, Monongahela Senior Center, 102 W. Main St., Monongahela.
The Property Tax and Rent Rebate Program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians 65 and older, widows and widowers 50 and older and people with disabilities 18 and older. Applications must be postmarked by Dec. 31.
