Police Beat Dec. 15
Mailboxes vandalized: State police cited Alan Hurley of Mt. Morris and three juveniles for damaging multiple mailboxes along Sugar Run Road in Franklin Township late Friday night. Police said another mailbox was damaged around the same time on Sy Huffman Hill Road in the township, but it was not known if the incidents were related.
Items stolen: Various items left in the driveway at 275 Washington Road in Franklin Township were stolen Dec. 7 while people moved into the residence, state police said.
