Police found $150 used to make a controlled buy in the front pocket of Mims-Carter’s pants. Almost $3,500 was also found in the pocket of his cargo pants.
All three were arraigned Tuesday morning before Mark on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
