ARNOLD (AP) – A 51-year-old Western Pennsylvania man has been found fatally shot after police say a street fight developed from an argument involving several teenage girls.

The Westmoreland County says the victim, Donald Williams of Arnold, died from a gunshot to the torso.

Arnold police say a fight was reported outside a vacant home about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The fight grew from a few teenage girls to about 20 people on the residential street in a lower-middle-class neighborhood about 20 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

Police say those participating in the fight haven’t helped them determine who may have fired the shot or why.

Police didn’t immediately name or charge a suspect, but spent hours using metal detectors and other mans to search for a shell casing.
