Tire flattened: Robert Amic of 1201 Main St., Burgettstown, told McDonald police Saturday a tire on his pickup truck was flattened while it was parked next to his house.

Frequent alarms: Robert McFadden, 69, of 993 Pennsylvania Ave., California, was charged by borough police for violating California’s alarm device ordinance. Police said they were called to his home numerous times over the past year and were most recently called Friday morning. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Teen charged: A 17-year-old Elizabeth girl was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from an incident Sunday on Liberty Street, California police said. She was seen driving in the middle of the road and was unable to pass field sobriety tests. She was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital, where blood was drawn.

Purse stolen: Betty Crispin, who told Canonsburg police she is homeless, told officers her purse containing personal papers and $5 was stolen Sunday while she was at Snowy White Laundry, 154 W. Pike St.

Receiving charge: Michelle Spalvieri, 46, of Chartiers Run Road, Canonsburg, was arrested Sunday for driving a Chrysler minivan that was reported stolen in June from Enterprise Rent-A-Car near Pittsburgh International Airport. According to police, Spalvieri said the minivan was rented by her boyfriend, and she thought he was still paying for it. She is being charged with one count of receiving stolen property.

Threat, harassment charges: David E. Miller, 39, of 456 Middle St., West Brownsville, was arrested Saturday night by Centerville police on charges of terroristic threats and harassment. He is accused of threatening to burn down the home of Jolene Jacobs, 326 Main St., Richeyville, after she asked him to leave. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 percentage bond.

Man assaulted: Daniel Pasqualucci, 30, of Marianna, will be charged with harassment by state police after he allegedly punched Casey Lee Combs, 33, of Bentleyville, during a confrontation Saturday at the Crazy Horse, Ellsworth.

Harassment charges: Margaret Humbert and John Colaizzo, both of Houston, will be charged by state police with harassment after they allegedly assaulted each other during a confrontation Sunday at 211 W. Pike St., Houston. He is accused of hitting her with a mop and pushing her against the wall, while she reportedly punched him, police said.

Paintballs shot: Shawn Zombeck of 136 E. Lincoln Ave. told McDonald police Thursday night his house was shot with paint balls. He told police he believes it was the same group of teens who threw objects at his door the previous night. He told police they ran west on East Lincoln and got into a silver Nissan sport utility vehicle and blue Ford Mustang.

Charged in accident: Joshua Glenn Corbin, 26, of 510 Newland School Road, Claysville, struck another vehicle turning onto West Chestnut Street from the Interstate 70 off-ramp Jan. 30, then drove away, North Franklin police said. Occupants in the other vehicle, Michael and Tiffany Hinerman, were injured. Violet Jeanette Scheinebraten, a passenger in Corbin’s vehicle, also was injured and was taken to a hospital by ambulance when police located Corbin’s vehicle, police said. Corbin was charged with causing an accident involving injury, driving without a license and multiple traffic violations. Charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Break-in: A resident of Church Hill Road in Venetia told police Saturday someone forced open the front door of his home while he was on vacation. Nothing was reported missing, township police said.

Charged after crash: Benjamin Bradley, 27, of Southampton Drive, Bethel Park, was charged with DUI and speeding Friday after crashing into a tree on Church Hill Road, township police said.

Theft arrest: Adam James Blackburn, 27, of Wheeling, W.Va., was arrested early Sunday by South Strabane police after he allegedly stole an Xbox from Walmart, Trinity Point, and then fought with store security as they tried to stop him. He also allegedly cut the security wrap off the merchandise. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of robbery, retail theft, criminal mischief and possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was placed in Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.

Theft reported: A woman reported to Southwest Regional police a furnace, hot water tank and air conditioning unit were stolen from her property on Davidson Avenue Jan. 26.

Fraudulent withdrawals: A woman reported to Southwest Regional police three fradulent withdrawals totaling more than $400 were made from her bank account Jan. 26. She said it happened after she applied for a job online in which personal bank account information was requested.

Fugitive caught: Robert Williams, 53, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, was arrested Saturday by Washington police as a fugitive from justice after it was determined he was wanted on a bench warrant in Allegheny County on charges of open lewdness and indecent exposure. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail for 30 days to be picked up by Allegheny County officials.

Charged in chase: Brian L. Cole, 36, of 319-R Fifth St., California, was arrested Sunday afternoon by Washington police after he allegedly fled during a traffic stop. Police said he pulled out of a parking lot on Jefferson Avenue under I-70 at a high speed, almost crashing, then drove on several streets at a high speed before he was stopped near the intersection of Clark and Duncan avenues. Police said his blood-alcohol content exceeded the 0.08 percent limit presumed for intoxication. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, DUI, possession of marijuana and several traffic violations. He was placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Theft: Gerry Mikels, 25, of 455 Ewing St., Washington, was charged by city police with theft for allegedly stealing between $200 and $550 from a safe while working at Circle K on West Chestnut Street. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Hospital vandalism: Jeffrey Martin Boehm, 25, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, was charged by city police with criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a door, valued at more than $1,500, at Washington Hospital Jan. 22. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Theft charge: Justin Joseph Scears, 22, of 127 Jollick Manor, Washington, was charged by city police with forgery and theft for allegedly forging and depositing a check for $750 last October at Washington Financial Bank on South Main Street. Police said the checks belonged to a man from Tennessee, who reported they were stolen from his vehicle. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Burglary: A man reported to city police various items valued at more than $600 were stolen from his garage in the 1100 block of Arch Street Jan. 29 or Jan. 30. Police identified a suspect.

Burglary: A man reported to city police two television sets were stolen from his daughter’s residence in the 400 block of Addison Street Jan. 29 or Jan. 30.

Theft: A woman reported to city police a letter and book valued at $50 were stolen from her mailbox in the 600 block of Fayette Street two to three weeks ago.
