WAYNESBURG – Greene County Sheriff Brian A. Tennant released the following activity report for January:

• The office processed 83 civil actions and served 76 documents related to civil actions; it processed four real estate sales and served papers related to five real estate sales;

• The office processed eight personal property actions and served documents related to eight personal property actions;

• It processed eight protection-from-abuse actions and served papers related to eight protection-from-abuse actions;

• The office processed 92 licenses to carry concealed weapons; one license to sell precious metals; and served 11 warrants;

• The office assisted two outside agencies and engaged in three special details;

• It made two traffic stops and 13 arrests;

• Mileage traveled by deputies for the month was 2,440 miles.
