Warrant arrest: Johnnie Jones, 25, of 21 E. McNutt St., Houston, was arrested on a warrant obtained by Canonsburg police stemming from a Dec. 8 incident. He was picked up when his former girlfriend called to have him removed from her Richland Avenue home. Jones was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Laptops missing: Two laptops were reported missing Tuesday from a car belonging to Shelia Rura, 40 Profio Road, McDonald, police said.

Assault: Kris Bober of Country Club Road, Washington, reportedly was assaulted Tuesday by two women at the BLVD Pub and Kitchen, Southpointe Boulevard, Cecil Township. Police said the dispute stemmed from an argument about a parking space. No charges were filed.

Account accessed: Mary O’Bosky of North Main Street told Chartiers police Thursday her bank account was accessed without permission and $247.05 was stolen.

Theft charge waived: Christopher Don Bradley, 28, of 208 Duquesne Ave., Canonsburg, was arraigned Wednesday on a charge of theft that he waived to court. North Franklin police charged him with stealing a 24-foot extension ladder and shop vacuum from property owned by Mitchell Hancher at 1067 S. Main St. Sept. 22. District Judge Robert Redlinger released him on $10,000 unsecured bond.

Drug charges: Paul Charles Weimer, 54, of 553 Old Hickory Ridge Road, Chartiers Township, was charged Wednesday by North Strabane police with possession of heroin and paraphernalia after nursing staff at Canonsburg Hospital said they found suspected heroin and paraphernalia in his room Tuesday. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Identity Stolen: A resident of Kimber Drive in McMurray told police Tuesday she was contacted by a credit agency that informed her someone used her credit card to order $1,100 worth of merchandise that was shipped to Kentucky. The incident remains under investigation, police said.

Faces charges: Nicholas Marshman, 59, of 1823 N. Main St., South Strabane, will be charged by South Strabane police with driving under the influence of alcohol after he reportedly crashed into the back of a vehicle driven by Brian J. Roupe, 39, of Michigan Avenue, Washington. The crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on North Main at Beech Street. Marshman allegedly left the scene after learning police were called and was stopped after pulling into his driveway. Police said his blood-alcohol content was almost three times the 0.08 percent limit. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Charged in crash: Patrick E. Crumpton, 32, of 100 Shirley Ann Drive, Washington, was charged Monday by South Strabane police with DUI stemming from an Oct. 9 crash on Locust Avenue. Police said he refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test after running into a guardrail. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft arrest: Calvin A. Horney, 45, of 121 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville, was arrested early Wednesday by Washington police on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle after he allegedly got into a running tow truck owned by Whitey’s Towing that was behind a building in the 300 block of West Chestnut Street. Police said he drove off, crashing the truck into a wall. He reportedly was pulled out of the truck by the owner and another man who held Horney on the ground until police arrived. Horney was arraigned before District Judge Curtis Thompson and placed in Washington County jail on $7,500 bond.

PFA violation alleged: Barry Lynn Kern Jr., 36, of 118 Third St., Jefferson, was arrested Wednesday morning by Washington County sheriff’s deputies on a charge of violating a protection-from-abuse order. He is accused of having contact with his estranged wife, Fawna Kern, at the Washington County Courthouse before a scheduled hearing on the order before Judge Valarie Costanzo. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on the alleged violation and placed in Washington County jail on $20,000 bond.

Theft arrest: Brandon J. Miller, 38, of 111 Wasler Way, Washington, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant on charges of forgery and theft filed by Washington police. He is accused of stealing a check from the checkbook of Nita Bailey, also of 111 Wasler, writing it out to himself and cashing it for $150 Jan. 11. He presented his driver’s license when cashing the check and also is seen on bank surveillance, police said. Miller reportedly was disruptive during his arraignment before District Judge Robert Redlinger and was placed in Washington County jail on $100,000 bond.

Charged in stop: Jessica R. Weaver, 30, of 828 Old Hickory Ridge Road, Chartiers Township, was charged Tuesday by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia stemming from a June 25 traffic stop at the intersection of Summerlea Avenue and Glenn Street in Washington. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

False identification charge: Nickolas A. Donofrio, 23, of Pittsburgh, was charged Tuesday by state police with false identification to police stemming from a May 14 incident in the 1100 block of Jefferson Avenue in Washington. He reportedly gave police an incorrect first name. Police learned he was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Allegheny County, and he was taken into custody. The new charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Marijuana charge: Stephen J. Reynolds, 21, of 468 Park Way, Monongahela, was charged Tuesday by state police with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia stemming from a Feb. 23, 2014, traffic stop at the intersection of West Hallam and Duncan avenues in Washington. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
