Several charged in thefts from Walmart
South Strabane Township police charged several people Monday in connection with recent thefts from Walmart, Trinity Point.
Renante Cabatino, 27, of Pittsburgh; Charles L. Kennedy, 54, of 131 Washington St., Jefferson; and Thomas A. Clipp, 31, of Aleppo, were all charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items from the store.
James G. Megyesy, 18, of 806 Governors Circle, Washington, and Ryan Crawford, 19, of 118 Altamont St., Washington, were charged with retail theft and conspiracy for allegedly stealing a laptop Dec. 18.
Tamika L. Grayson, 30, of 151 Meadow St., Westland, and Emily E. Fidorski, 23, of 109 Pine Ave., Houston, were charged with theft by deception and conspiracy for allegedly stealing items while working at the store Sept. 16. Grayson, who had been a customer service manager, is accused of voiding several items Fidorski was scanning that were valued at $126.73.
The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.
