The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Leslie A. Wilson, 32, 1100 Chess St., Monongahela; retail theft; charged July 27; sentence – $300 fine, restitution and banned from Giant Eagle.

Tracy Levith, 40, 109 Church St., Washington; theft by deception; charged April 17; sentence – 23 months of incarceration with the first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 5 years of probation, 150 hours of community service, continue mental health treatment and restitution.

Brian L. Fodor Sr., 46, 104 Alexander Ave., Strabane; retail theft, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 22, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service, restitution and banned from Giant Eagle.

Phillip C. Vogel, 46, 356 N. Main St., Houston; simple assault and two counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged March 22, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation, restitution, anger management and domestic violence counseling and no contact with victim.

Kevin S. Peiffer, 39, 460 Reimer Road, Sarver; two counts of simple assault; charged Oct. 26, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation, continue mental health treatment and banned from The Meadows Racetrack & Casino.

Jeffrey Randall, 23, 1592 Meldon Ave., Donora; receiving stolen property and possession of firearms without a license; charged Jan. 14, 2014; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 2 years of probation and firearms returned to owner or destroyed.

Frank A. Farmer III, 25, 399 Hancock St., Washington; receiving stolen property and terroristic threats; charged Nov. 17, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months in jail and second 3 months on electronic home monitoring, firearm returned to rightful owner and no contact with victims.

James B. Barto, 24, 418 First St., Donora; terroristic threats; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management and domestic violence counseling, abide by protection from abuse and no contact with victim.

Joseph R. Lancaster, 23, 27 Sixth St., Vestaburg; disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 24, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and anger management classes.

Kenneth P. Kusky, 48, 156 Rose St., Washington; disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; charged April 6; 30 days in jail with credit for time served.

Gina Thorn, 39, 501 Memorial Ave., New Eagle; theft by unlawful taking; charged Feb. 24; sentence – 3 years of probation, restitution and banned from Pilot Truck Stop.

Adam B. Arena, 35, 718 Locust St., Richeyville; retail theft; charged March 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Walmart.

Ashley Webb, 25, 115 Siegel St., Pittsburgh; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged July 28; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, retail theft class and banned from Walmart.

Cottie M. Richter, 25, 335 Buffalo Road South, Washington; retail theft; charged Oct. 23; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and banned from Family Dollar.

Tina S. Loughman, 42, 199 Laurie Lane, Washington; theft by unlawful taking; charged July 1, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Warren O’Dell, 43, 423 Broadway St., Carnegie; disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 19, 1999; sentence – $150 fine.

Traci B. Levith, 40, 109 Church St., Washington; retail theft and possession of a controlled substance; charged Dec. 16, 2013; sentence – 3 years of probation and banned from Kohl’s.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Mercedes R. Stamm, 21, 220 Oness Circle, Canonsburg; hindering apprehension; charged May 22, 2013; sentence – 3 to 12 months on electronic home monitoring.

Nicole D. Porter, 27, Wheeling, W.Va.; theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 5, 2011; sentence – 23 months of probation, must testify truthfully against codefendant, restitution and no contact with victim.

John A. Matalik, 52, 404 Fourth St., Monongahela; four counts of disorderly conduct; charged June 8; sentence – 90 days of probation and comply with CYS mandate.

Terry L. Kover, 46, 104 Piersol Ave., Bentleyville; theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit theft; charged May 14; sentence – 19 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time served.

Desmond L. Lightfoot, 21, 323 Burton Ave., Washington; firearm not to be carried without license; charged June 26; sentence – 2 ½ to 5 years in jail with credit for time served.

Shane W. Newman, 21, 670 Buena Vista St., Washington; criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking; charged Nov. 21, 2013; sentence – 4 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Lori A. Wheatley, 42, 113 Luella Ave., Charleroi; four counts of Medicaid fraud; charged Nov. 1, 2010; sentence – 5 years of probation and restitution.

DeAngelo A. Wells, 27, 429 Houston St., Washington; possession of firearm prohibited; charged Nov. 17, 2013; sentence – 3 to 18 months in jail and weapon returned to rightful owner.

Ronald Griffey, 34, 643 Knox Ave., Monessen; burglary; charged Nov. 14; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail with credit for time served, restitution and no contact with victim.

John D. Denman, 44, 535 Moore Road, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged June 29; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Anthony J. Pieczynski, 22, 163 First Ave., New Eagle; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 4; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 60 days of electronic home monitoring and continue with mental health treatment.

Anthony R. Misher, 20, 227 Edith St., Belle Vernon; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 2 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served.

The following people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Darae M. Bush, 48, 832 Delmont Ave., Pittsburgh; Destinee M. Knox, 22, 63 Seminole Ave., Washington; Joshua M. Horvath, 23, 12 Buckle St., Burgettstown; Brian M. Rudy, 33, 138 Elm Grove Drive, McMurray; Robert A. Calderone, 29, 605 Reed Ave., Monessen.

The following people recently were admitted to the ARD program for other offenses. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Christine L. Walker, 44, 298 S Bridge Road, Prosperity; Jeramy R. Ross, 31, 114 Robert Lane, Canonsburg; Richard D.
