Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Harry Ringer Jr., 33, 610 Enon Church Road, West Finley; simple assault; charged Sept. 10; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, anger management and domestic violence counseling and no contact with victim.

Kimberly J. Daugherty, 38, 181 Barnett St., Washington; recklessly endangerment; charged July 20, 2013; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail and next 3 months of electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.

Donald Payne, 26, 201 McKean Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 30; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and 12 months of probation.

Natalie E. Fine, 38, 624 Broad St., Johnstown; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 6, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Cottie M. Richter, 25, 335 Buffalo Road, Washington; first offense of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance; charged July 9, 2013; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Khari Hicks, 20, 2254 Welner Drive, Pittsburgh; robbery, simple assault and possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 30, 2013; sentence – 3 years of Intermediate Punishment program with first 12 months of electronic home monitoring, restitution, no contact with victim and banned from California University of Pennsylvania campus.

Sharon Wilson, 41, 312 Chestnut St., Monessen; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 21; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program.

Trent A. Buchanan, 22, 126 Fourth St., Waynesburg; first offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged July 18; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, 12-month license suspension and $1,400 fine.
