Police: Dog shot during apparent Pittsburgh break in

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Pittsburgh police say a dog was shot during an apparent break-in in the city’s Arlington neighborhood.

A neighbor reported hearing four or five gunshots around 9 p.m. Monday.

Police took the dog to a veterinarian hospital. They say it’s recovering.

Police say they’re searching for two suspects. The investigation is continuing.
