Two men arraigned in separate drug cases
Two men were arraigned this week before District Judge David Mark on drug charges filed in separate cases by Canonsburg and state police.
Blake Austin Kotsella, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of possession and possession with intent to deliver marijuana stemming from two incidents in 2011. He is accused of selling marijuana to a confidential informant on Feb. 24 and again to an undercover officer April 28.
Noah Aloysious Farkas, 23, of 123 Elm Drive, Canonsburg, is accused of selling 25 stamp bags of heroin to an undercover borough officer for $250. The sale took place in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant March 31.
Kotsella, who had been in Allegheny County jail, is now in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond. Mark set bond at $25,000 on Farkas, who is in Allegheny County Jail on other charges.
