Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Amber Martos, 24, 103 Locust St., Bentleyville; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Zachary Young, 18, 312 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Sept. 5; sentence – 30 days in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Amber M. Pople, 23, 440 Duncan Ave., Washington; burglary, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 3, 2014; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment Program, restitution and no contact with victim.
Curtis A. Hudson, 21, 7 Freedom Drive, Bridgeville; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 18; sentence – 6 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Jordan R. Dean, 18, 102 Vista Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 5; sentence – 6 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Megan M. Revay, 27, 10 W. Market St., Burgettstown; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 25; sentence – 12 months in the Probation Without Verdict program.
Korrinne R. Mendicino, 22, 795 Addison St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and theft; charged April 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Alice L. Evans, 27, 24 Parkview Drive, Clinton; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 13; sentence – $300 fine.
Eric M. Difiore, 28, 2409 Pioneer Ave., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 13; sentence – $300 fine.
Stephen Adams, 29, 1 Stage St., Clarksville; escape; charged Oct. 16; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with credit for time served.
Mark D. Westwood, 23, 1121 State St., Jefferson Hills; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation and random drug testing.
Brian L. Jones, 38, 114 1/2 Wylie Ave., Strabane; simple assault; charged Nov. 20; sentence – 18 months of probation, anger management and parenting classes and random drug testing.
Tiffany Bollinger, 31, 1106 Spruce St., Ambridge; retail theft; charged July 7; sentence – 18 months of probation, retail theft classes and restitution.
Dawn E. Briggs, 31, 716 Chestnut Ridge Road, Washington; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart.
Jeremy L. Newman, 23, 259 Pleasant Drive, Aliquippa; theft and bad checks; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation, random drug testing, restitution and banned from Giant Eagle.
Michael B. Smith, 39, 34 Lawrence Ave., Fredericktown; receiving stolen property; charged Dec. 12, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Ashley N. Mohr, 31, 251 Hooks Lane, Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.
John M. Miller Jr., 26, 327 Main St., Richeyville; false identification to law enforcement; charged April 21; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Sharaya L. Henderson, 20, 391 W. Chestnut St., Washington; theft from a motor vehicle; charged Dec. 1, 2013; sentence – 12 months in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
