1 min read

PITTSBURGH (AP) – Pittsburgh police said a 22-year-old man died at a hospital after somehow getting himself there after being shot at a bar blocks away.

The Allegheny County medical examiner’s office was conducting an autopsy Sunday on the body of 22-year-old Joseph Abu-Marfo.

Police said they were responded to shots fired at or near Mr. Jack’s Neighborhood Bar about 1:30 a.m. Sunday only to find a pool of blood but no victim.

A short time later, police learned Abu-Marfo arrived at Allegheny General Hospital with a wound or wounds to his legs. The victim then died at the hospital.

Police have not said whether they have any suspects or planned to charge anyone in the shooting.
