Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Jonathan A. Quinn, 32, 308 Ridge Road, Brownsville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 15, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Eugene S. Sanders, 59, 408 Front St., Fredericktown; harassment, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 18, 2012; sentence – 60 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served and 12 months of probation.
Christine Wallace-Jolly, 26, 424 Highfield Ave., Canonsburg; trespass; charged July 31, 2013; sentence – $100 fine.
Gerald Obiecunas, 29, 1130 Royal Drive, South Park; attempting to elude an officer, careless driving, reckless endangerment; charged March 28; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation and $90 fine.
Ryan M. Umensetter, 29, 30 Gibson Ave., Washington; possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license; charged June 29; sentence – 30 days of probation, 18-month license suspension and $200 fine.
James J. Carpenter, 42, 102 Ida Ave., Donora; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 22, 2013; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Channing E. Bird, 26, 50 Woodland Ave., Washington; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Dustin R. Ohair, 25, 50 Woodland Ave., Washington; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Martell D. Mitchell, 20, 315 Fifth St., Monongahela; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; charged Aug. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Cleotis E. Russell Jr., 32, 411 Peebles St., Pittsburgh; driving with a suspended license, providing false identification to law enforcement; charged Sept. 10, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation and $2,775 fine.

Scott R. Sibert, 40, 51 Oregon St., Washington; reckless endangerment; charged Oct. 6, 2013; sentence – 2 days to 18 months in jail and alcohol highway safety school.
