Police accuse her of having two handguns in her purse following a police chase on the Mon-Fayette Expressway Dec. 7. The driver of the vehicle escaped on foot, along with a male passenger, when a tire blew out and it struck a concrete barrier and an unmarked police cruiser. Wilson is in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond after being apprehended on a warrant and arraigned Monday before District Judge Mark Wilson.

Road blocked: Hickory Ridge Road near Ryburn Road was blocked when a Chartiers Township road department truck pulled down wires and poles just after 5 a.m. Monday, Chartiers police said. The driver had lifted the dump bed to loosen the material being put down on slick roads when it hit the wires.

Warrants served: Cottie Marie Richter, 25, of Buffalo Church Road, Washington, and Robert Jackson Boyer, 38, of 163 McCracken Hill Road, Burgettstown, were arrested Saturday by McDonald police on outstanding warrants while they were at an apartment at 102 Noblestown Road, Midway. Police said they also found suspected drug paraphernalia in the apartment. Both will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges will be sent from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka. They were placed in Washington County Jail on the warrants.

Vehicle crash: Luke J. Wagner, 26, of 239 E. Grant St., Houston, escaped injury Monday morning when his vehicle went off the road in the 800 block of Linden Road, striking a utility pole and bringing down wires, North Strabane police said.

Gallagher, 28, of 779 Addison St., Washington, is charged by state police with possession with intent to deliver 66 stamp bags of heroin stemming from a traffic stop about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday at Fayette and Hayes avenues, court records show.
