Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Arvie J. Cochran, 55, 220 Ridge Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 13, 2012; sentence – 5 years of probation and continue with medical treatment.

Jeremy D. Dunseath, 34, Clarksville; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 14, 2014; sentence – 3 to 12 months in jail with credit for time served, 12 months of probation.

Reid C. Amand, 28, 114 N. Heide Lane, McMurray; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 24; sentence – 12 months of probation, continue treatment program and 50 hours of community service.

Daniel R. Cordera, 30, 615 Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg; retail theft and receiving stolen property; charged Aug. 31; sentence – 24 months of probation, retail theft class, restitution and banned from Tanger Outlets and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Andre L. Gray, 28, no known address; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, possession of a controlled substance; driving with a suspended license; charged March 14; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first month in jail and next 5 months of electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,170 fine and funds seized.

Appearing before Judge Debbie O’Dell Seneca was:

Michael E. Halvin, 53, 785 Weirich Ave., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence; charged May 8; sentence – 6 months Intermediate Punishment Program with 60 days of SCRAM device, 12-month license suspension and 12-month interlock ignition device.

Numerous people recently appeared for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Caparelli, 22, 5380 Greenridge Drive, Pittsburgh; Jessica R. Laipple, 23, 54 Atlantic Drive, Washington; Thaddeus J. Piscatelli, 22, 104 Sycamore Drive, McMurray; Andrew P. Messer, 39, 253 Persimmon Lane, Canonsburg; James D. Weikart, 35, 411 Newton Square, Coraopolis; Nancy D. Kutz, 59, 1242 Sunset Drive, Bulger; Kenneth E.
