Theft: Ian Nakonechni of Holbrook told state police her electronic benefit transfer card was stolen about 10 p.m. Saturday at the Wal-Mart Store.

Harassment: Shana D. Fischer, 40, of Uniontown, allegedly struck Talia Marie Fischer, 20, of Jefferson, in the face at 10:40 p.m. Sunday at 152 Jefferson Way, state police said.
