The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Angela R. Beresh, 31, 408 Second St., Monongahela; robbery; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with victim.
Walter Lutes, 53, 107 National Ave., Brownsville; corruption of minors and two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age; charged March 1, 2013; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail, 14 years of probation, perpetrator counseling and no contact with victim or victim’s family.
Robert J. Kamensky, 44, 200 Anne St., Baden; recklessly endangering another person; charged April 22; sentence – 12 months of Intermediate Punishment Program with first 10 days on electronic home monitoring and $500 fine.
Ryan W. Santek, age not given, 86 Hawkins St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 30; sentence – 12 months of probation and 100 hours of community service.
Craig A. Smith, 40, 1008 Hober St., McKees Rocks; defiant trespass; charged May 16; sentence – 90 days in jail with credit for time served.
Louis A. Locante, 49, 6069 Mcpherson Ave., Bethel Park; disorderly conduct; charged June 16; sentence – $300 fine and restitution.
Elizabeth Albright, 25, Fort Bragg, N.C.; first offense of driving under the influence; charged May 9; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Marissa A. Carrell, 26, 596 E. Maiden St., Washington; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 10, 2013; sentence – 12 months of Probation Without Verdict program and 100 hours of community service.
David Y. Ebron, 33, 280 E. Prospect Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged July 11; sentence – $150 fine.
Daniel J. Rappe, 45, 211 School Hill Road, Canonsburg; harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 27; sentence – 12 months in Probation Without Verdict program and anger management counseling.
Megan E. Styles, 31, 1316 Leeds Ave., Monessen; theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 18; sentence – 3 years of probation and no contact with victim.
Michael R. Davis, 47, 12 Maple St., Finleyville; simple assault; charged April 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, domestic violence counseling, restitution and no contact with victim.
Robin Ross, 34, 1015 McKean Ave., Charleroi; theft; charged April 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Joseph S. Gallagher, 21, 64 Leoni Road, Bentleyville; receiving stolen property, retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged June 16; sentence – 18 months of probation.
Ian M. Eshbaugh, 24, 35 E. Hallam Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged June 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and banned from Walmart.
Jennifer M. Crabb, 28, 444 Isabella Ave., North Charleroi; tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation and 10 hours of community service.
Anthony L. Burgess, 49, Decatur, Ga.; prohibitive offensive weapons; charged Feb. 25; sentence – 4 years of probation, restitution, domestic violence counseling, anger management classes and no contact with victim.
Joseph H. Zidich, 37, 2905 Park Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged July 25; sentence – 2 years of probation, domestic violence counseling, anger management classes, 150 hours of community service and restitution.

Julie Gazvoda, 21, Triadelphia, W.Va.; resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 11; sentence – 24 months of probation, abstain, good behavior and attend weekly AA/NA meetings.
Troy L. Riggle, 42, 6 Pike View Drive, Richeyville; theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 14; sentence – 24 months of probation, continue AA/NA meetings, restitution and no contact with victim.
Thomas E. Black Jr., 38, Wana, W.Va.; theft and retail theft; charged May 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, retail theft class, restitution and banned from Petco and Petsmart.
Michael A. Shumar, 30, 13505 South Eagle Valley, Tyrone; burglary and theft; charged May 1, 2013; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program with first 30 days of incarceration excused as credit for inpatient care, weekly AA/NA meetings, restitution and no contact with victim.
Edward Locker, 54, 501 McKean Ave., Donora; simple trespass; charged April 9; sentence – $300 fine and banned from Washington County housing.
Daniel J. Collins, 56, 601 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; two counts of inhaling toxic substance and resisting arrest; charged Nov. 8, 2011; sentence – 3 years of probation and banned from Dollar General.
Melissa L. Eakin, 44, 29 Broad St., Marianna; forgery and three counts of retail theft; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 90 days on electronic home monitoring, retail theft classes, 100 hours of community service, restitution and banned from Target, Walmart and Sears.
Anthony Jeffries, 19, 2315 Sandy Plains Road, Clarksville; three counts of theft by unlawful taking; charged March 26; sentence – 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program and complete GED.
Andrew D. Mislo, 30, no address given; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 18; sentence – 6 months in jail with credit for time served.
James Lohr, 48, 316 Second St., Vestaburg; two counts of simple assault and two counts of reckless endangerment; charged Aug. 24; sentence – 23 months in jail with credit for time served, 2 years of probation and no contact with victims.
