Salary board addresses changes at CYS
WAYNESBURG – Greene County salary board Thursday addressed several personnel changes in Children and Youth Services.
Michael Timko was hired as a CYS fiscal operation officer at $33,991 a year, replacing Siara Johnson, who submitted her resignation. The board accepted two other resignations – Danielle Reese as CYS casework supervisor and Dusti Bedilion, CYS caseworker.
The board did hire Lisa Coger as a CYS secretary at $12.17 an hour and Julie Jones as a full-time social service aide I at $12.48 an hour.
In matters dealing with the courts, the board promoted Jenna Freund to full-time court reporter at $29,156 a year, and hired two court tip staffs, Christine Gardner and John Michael Dulaney, each earning $67.51 a day.
In other business, the salary board:
• Hired Mary Kovach as a wraparound facilitator with human services at a salary of $29,150 and hired Melissa Woods as a full-time Communities that Care Community mobilizer at $16.02 an hour.
• Hired Kayla Jeffries as a full-time transportation customer service representative at $12 an hour, rehired John Graham as a casual van driver at $7.65 an hour and accepted the resignation of Sarah Humphreys as a casual van driver.
• Accepted the resignation of Kara Burwell as a food service worker at the county jail, and promoted Richard Smith to a regular full-time technician with the information technology department at $20 an hour.
