Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Dustin K. Fullgraf, 40, of 300 Dorothy St., Pittsburgh; possession of crack, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle without insurance; charged April 5; sentence – 8 months of probation and a $500 fine.

James W. Price, 28, of 104 E. Katherine Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without insurance; charged Nov. 5, 2010; sentence – 12 months of probation and a $300 fine.

Kristal Burgan, of 11 Coal Center Road, Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 2; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jason T. Byers, 35, of Bethel Park; burglary and receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 25 and June 17, 2013; sentence – 24 months of state intermediate punishment, restitution and no contact with the victims.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

James D. Foster, 23, of 452 Reed Ave., Monessen; flight to avoid apprehension; charged May 4; sentence – 2 years of probation.

Cary S. Radabaugh, 42, of 1657 Route 2023, Monongahela; two counts of possession of heroin with the intent to deliver; charged May 12 and May 17; sentence – 3 to 23 months in the Washington County jail, 2 years of probation and restitution.

Rikki Miller-Rodriguez, 32, of 420 Hill St., Vestaburg; defiant trespass and simple assault; charged July 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Millissa Ann Leasure, 33, of 403 Short Drive, New Eagle; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Ian Linkhauer, 29, of 103 Lakeview Circle, Valencia; robbery; charged Sept. 26; sentence – 6 to 22 months in the Washington County jail, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Brig L. Pannepacker, 33, of 116 Delphi Drive, Schwenksville; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Tonie M. Ealy, 40, of 532 McKee Road, Washington; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Rebecca Lane, 48, of 214 South Shady, Houston; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 6 months of probation.

Matthew C. McCombs, 28, of Pittsburgh; simple assault; charged July 4; sentence – 2 to 18 months in the Washington County jail.

Howard D. Thomas, 34, of 19 Poplar St., Washington; simple assault; charged Aug. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.

Keith Lemons, 38, of Moundsville, W.Va.; unsworn falsification; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 6 months of probation.
