Drug paraphernalia charge: Holly Amanda Elish, 27, of 114 Mancha St., North Bethlehem Township, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after sheriff’s deputies said they found her with a spoon, hypodermic needles and other items associated with heroin use while she was going through security at Washington County Courthouse about noon Thursday.
