Firefighters train by burning former bar

The former Rockin’ Willies bar on Route 19 in North Strabane Township was burned Saturday afternoon as an exercise for township and other area firefighters.

Several fires were set and then extinguished before the building was allowed to completely burn.

Members of the Washington Regional SWAT team also used the building for training earlier this month.
