Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Grayson T. Daniels, 29, 1025 S. Sunset Beach Road, Claysville; liver; charged May 29; sentence – 5 years of probation; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 25; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail.
Edward S. Mikesell, 7 Avenue B, Latrobe; two counts of possession with intent to deliver; charged May 21; sentence – 60 days to 12 months in jail with credit for time served.
Matthew S. Mouyard, 34, 38 Mannina Ave., Dunlevy; driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance; charged March 18; sentence – 60 days of electronic home monitoring and $800 fine.
Brent W. Hendershot, 29, 146 Route 197, Scenery Hill; harassment, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license; charged Nov. 23, 2013; sentence – 180 days of probation and $200 fine.
David Y. Ebron, 33, 280 E. Prospect Ave., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged July 11; sentence – $150 fine.

Matt Buckels, 30, 74 Enterprise Road, Washington; terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, fraudulent registration, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without insurance; charged July 24; sentence – 23 months in jail with credit for time served and $600 fine.
Karie A. Kohler, 38, 129 North Ave., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 8; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, 12 months of probation, alcohol highway safety school, 12-month license suspension and $1,000 fine.
Robert D. Powers, 50, Orlando, Fla.; first offense of driving under the influence; charged May 2, 2004; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, alcohol highway safety school, 12-month license suspension and $1,000 fine.
Terry Coleman, 49, Jamaica, N.Y.; first offense of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 4; sentence – 6 months in jail with credit for time served and $1,000 fine.
Ryan S. Carrell, 23, 596 E. Maiden St., Washington; first offense of driving under the influence, driving without a license and false identification to law enforcement; charged July 27, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, alcohol highway safety school and $500 fine.
Mark M. Milsovic, 61, 425 East St., Canonsburg; unsworn falsification; charged July 1; sentence – 2 years of probation, 5 hours of community service and banned firearms for 2 years or more.
Richard A. Arbuckle, 28, 8655 Noblestown Road, McDonald; retail theft; charged Oct. 18; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Rachael Pellick, 27, 5 Marion Villa, Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 28; sentence – 3 ½ to 7 months in jail with credit for time served.
Kenneth C. Schultz, 22, 246 Vesta Lane, Richeyville; reckless driving, driving at unsafe speed, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, no eye-protection device, not wearing proper headgear on motorcycle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and improper use class of license; charged Aug. 9, 2013; sentence – $875 fine.
Franklin Swaney, 34, 103 Curry Hill Road, Lemont Furnace; disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 10, 2013; sentence – $500 fine.
Tiffany M. Milovac, 29, 320 Donnan Ave., Washington; third offense of driving under the influence; 23 months of Restrictive Treatment program with first 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 5 years of probation, $2,500 fine, restitution, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Ryan M. Mason, 26, 2753 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township; second offense of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 9; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, alcohol highway safety school, 12 months of probation and $1,525 fine.
Jeremy L. Wojcuich, 28, 1205 S. Hewitt Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and theft; charged Dec. 30, 2013; sentence – 5 years of probation, weekly AA/NA meetings, restitution and no contact with victims.
Kelly F. Keaveney, 40, 135 D Main St., West Alexander; endangering the welfare of children; charged Nov. 14, 2013; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Michelle M. Ellis, 43, 110 Pine Ave., Houston; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged May 23; sentence – 6 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 days in jail followed by 45 days of SCRAM, $750 fine, 1-year license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.

Jefrey J. Mitrik, 33, 411 Tioga St., Homestead; second offense of driving under the influence; charged April 12; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months of SCRAM and first 5 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Mark A. McConnell, 32, of 304 Ninth St., Charleroi; unsworn falsification; charged Sept. 24; sentence – 6 to 18 months in the Washington County jail.
Ryan T. Evan, 33, of 4055 Equity Drive, Washington; retail theft; charged Sept. 3.; sentence – 6 months of probation and no contact with CVS.
Brian J. Sheridan, 52, of 214 Telegraph Road, Brownsville; simple assault; charged Oct. 5.; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Carol Bentz, 47, of 26 Erie St., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 28 months of probation.
Marcy Linn Conklin, 37, of 197 Bench Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Billy Joe Holland, 31, of 331 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 1; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Howard James, 26, of 76 Seik Road, Washington; retail theft and conspiracy; charged Nov. 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and banned from Walmart.
Billie Sue Fronzaglio, 38, of 1664 Route 2023, Monongahela; simple assault; charged March 5; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Jamar A. Comedy, 26, of 17 Locust St., Clarksville; possession of heroin and cocaine; charged July 6; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they successfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their records expunged.
Logan A. Hunt, 22, of 10 Plum Run Lane, Scenery Hill, was admitted to the program for 12 months for theft and the use of an access device to obtain property; charged Jan. 1, 2014.
Bethany Nicole Summers, 25, of 32 Matthews Road, Belle Vernon; was admitted to the program for 12 months for theft; charged Feb. 9; pay restitution to Monongahela Valley Hospital.
