Three injured in North Bethlehem crash

1 min read

Three people were injured Tuesday afternoon when a 23-year-old man on a bicycle moved to his left to allow a southbound vehicle to get around him and that vehicle then crashed with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction on Little Daniels Road near Kusch Road in North Bethlehem Township.

State police said Raymond Watsula moved to the left to allow a vehicle driven by John R. Flory, 18, of Denbo, to pass him. Flory’s vehicle and a northbound sport utility vehicle driven by Jessica Schinkovec, 24, of Scenery Hill, then collided.

Flory and a passenger in his vehicle, Russell Larew of Marianna, along with Watsula were taken to Washington Hospital for treatment.

Assisting at the scene were Ellsworth and Lone Pine firefighters.
