The Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water service to the Jefferson Fairgrounds today from 8 a.m. to noon to perform upgrades on the system.

A square dance with line dancing, polkas, the cake walk and more will be held Friday from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Rogersville Fire Hall. The cost is $5 per person and $8 per couple. The caller will be Dave Dahl. Food and drinks will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. The dance benefits the Center Township Volunteer Fire Department. For more information, call 724-499-5385.
