Neighborhood disturbance: Samantha Lynn Tissue, 21, of 73 S. Cumberland St., Waynesburg, was cited for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public drunkenness after borough police said she threw household items onto the sidewalk and damaged two cars parked near her residence in the early hours of June 28. Police said she threw a rock at the windshield of one car, causing $300 worth of damage.

Burglary: A television and other property were stolen in a burglary at 369 Lemley Road between 5 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. June 29, state police said. The property is owned by Christine L. Stalanaker of Waynesburg. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.
