WAYNESBURG – Six criminal defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program Monday by Greene County President Judge Farley Toothman.
Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year probation and pay all fines and costs. Defendants charged with driving under the influence of alcohol also may have their driving privileges suspended and be required to refrain from the use or possession of alcohol.
Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.
Daniel Ryan Fox, 23, of Lot 29, Reesmans Trailer Park, charged with DUI and four summary traffic violations; arrested Nov. 29, Fox had a blood-alcohol content of 0.095 percent. He was fined $75 and received no license suspension.
Jessica Lenore Spencer, 30, of 3146 Mt. Morris Road, Waynesburg, charged with DUI and a summary traffic violation. Arrested Jan. 1, Spencer had a BAC of 0.123 percent. She was fined $25 and received a 30-day license suspension.
Oscar Barraza Lara, 28, of 1015 Randall St., Nacogdoche, Texas, charged with DUI and four summary violations; arrested Nov. 9, he had a BAC of 0.103 percent. He was fined $100 and received a 30-day license suspension.
Pamela Elaine Reaville, 51, of 860 Nicholson Loop, Morgantown, W.Va., charged with DUI and two summary violations; arrested Jan. 18, after a single-vehicle crash on Route 19 in Perry Township, she had a BAC of 0.139 percent. She was fined $50 and received a 60-day license suspension.
Kimberly A. Tasker, 26, of 190 Fieldson Road, Greensboro, charged with theft; on Aug. 7, Tasker was seen in a video surveillance tape taking a wallet that had been inadvertently left on the counter by another person at the Carmichaels Sheetz convenience store. She was ordered to pay $83 in restitution to the owner of the wallet.
Larry Michael Hussar, 61, of 210 Marina St., Belle Vernon, charged with DUI and two summary offenses; arrested Aug. 30, Hussar had a BAC of 0.188 percent. He was fined $25 and received a 60-day license suspension.
